Through unhinged guitar lines and intense brooding vocals, Crystal Thomas is set to perform two special warm-up gigs before the release of 'A Chance In Hell' - Crystal's sophomore album, due out in March 2012, through iconic Melbourne label Off The Hip. The album; written, recorded, and co-produced with Spencer P Jones and Matt Walker, captures Crystal’s 'Australian-gothic', confessional lyrics over a dark disco pulse and rock n roll swagger, raw against the lush production of the previous offering – 2008 Stovepipe records release: ‘Crystal Thomas & the Flowers of Evil’.

Thomas es la nueva sensación
australiana, una crooner que ha tenido el honor, con un sólo disco en la
espalda, de colaborar con Mick Harvey (Bad
Seeds) – en el concierto homenaje a Gainsbourg – o con
Spencer P. Jones (Beast Of Bourbon) quien ha producido su
reciente segundo disco “La Tormenta”, de nuevo
co-producido por Matt Walker. Aunque otro Bad Seed ya trabajó con
Crystal en la grabación de su debut, Conway Savage,
así como también lo hizo Rui Pereira (The
Drones) entre otros. Comparada razonablemente con Pj Harvey, dio el
bombazo en 2008 en la prensa especializada, es ahora cuando Raruno
Promotions nos la trae a España junto a su banda “The
